국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 그림책을 활용한 역할놀이가 유아의 정서지능과 조망수용능력에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는 것이다 연구대상은 광주광역시에 소재한 어린이집과 어린이집의 만 세 유아 명 실험집단 명 비교집단 명 이었다 실험집단은 그림책을 활용한 역할놀이 활동에 비교집단은 그림책을 활용한 이야기 나누기 활동에 참여하였다 실험 처치는 년 월 일부터 월 일까지 주 동안 총회 시행되었다 연구 결과 그림책을 활용한 역할놀이에 참여한 실험집단 유아의 정서지능과 조망수용능 력이 통계적으로 유의하게 향상된 것으로 나타났다 정서지능의 개 하위요인과 조망수용능력의 개 하위요인에서 실험집단 점수가 비교집단 점수보다 유의하게 높다는 것은 그림책을 활용한 역할놀이가 유아의 정서지능과 조망수용능력에 미치는 긍정적 영향을 보여준다 결국 본 연구는 그림책을 활용한 역할 놀이가 유아의 정서지능과 조망수용능력 향상에 기여함을 보여줌으로써 유아의 정서지능과 조망수용능 력을 향상하는 방안 마련의 기초자료를 제공한다

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of the role playing using picture books on young children’s emotional intelligence and perspective taking ability. Participants consisted of thirty 5-year-old children who were going to S preschool and K preschool in Gwangju metropolitan city. Half of them belonged to the experimental group and the other half to the comparative group. The experimental group participated in the role playing using picture books, and the comparative group in the conversation using picture books. The experiment was conducted a total of 16 times for 8 weeks from the 24th of July to the 29th of September in 2017. The results of this study showed that the emotional intelligence and perspective taking ability of the young children in the experimental group were improved meaningfully. The scores of three sub categories of emotional intelligence and two sub factors of perspective taking ability of the experimental group were meaningfully higher than those of the comparative group. This result demonstrates that the role playing using picture books affects positively young children’s emotional intelligence and perspective taking ability. As a result, this study provides basic information for making methods to improve young children’s emotional intelligence and perspective taking ability by showing that the role playing using picture books contributes to improving young children’s emotional intelligence and perspective taking ability.
