예비 영유아교사의 공감능력, 자기효능감이 창의적 인성에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 예비 영유아교사의 공감능력 자기효능감이 창의적 인성에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 예비 영유아교사의 창의적 인성을 함양하기 위한 변인을 연구하는 기초자료로 사용하는 데 목적이 있다 연구 대상은 서울 경기 인천 지역의 예비 영유아교사 명의 자료가 사용되었다 수집된 자료는 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계 상관분석과 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다 연구결과는 첫째 예비 영유 아교사의 각 변인들의 경향성은 공감능력 창의적 인성 자기효능감 순으로 평균값이 나타났다 둘째 예비 영유아교사의 공감능력과 자기효능감 하위변인과 창의적 인성 간에는 정적 상관을 보였다 셋째 예비 영유아교사의 공감능력 중 인지적 공감이 창의적 인성에 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 자기효능 감의 자기조절효능감과 과제난이도선호가 창의적 인성에 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 예비 영유아교사의 창의적 인성을 위해 예비 영유아교사의 공감능력과 자기효능감이 중요함을 시사하고 논의하였다

영문 초록

This research is conducted in order to analyze how the empathy and self-efficacy influence the ingenious character and for the usage of base line data to analyze the factors that effect cultivation of ingenious identity of the pre-service early childhood teachers. The research was conducted on 315 pre-service early childhood teachers in the Seoul, Gyeonggi and Incheon regions. The data collected in the study were analyzed with descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and hierarchical analysis using the SPSS 18.0 program. The research results were as follows: First, the inclination of each variation had average means in sequence of it’s numeral figure as sympathy, ingenious identity and self-efficiency. Second, there were relationship between sub-variables of the empathy, self-efficacy and ingenious identity of the pre-service early childhood teachers. Third, the ingenious identity of the pre-service early childhood teacher was influenced by cognitive element which is sub-variable of empathy and self regulated efficacy which is sub-variable of self-efficacy, task difficulty preference. Based on these results, the study discussed the importance of empathy and self-efficacy on pre-service early childhood teachers’ ingenious identity.
