국문 초록

이 논문은 16세기 영남 사림의 거목이었던 회곡 권춘란의 생애와 그의 시세계를 고찰하기 위한 논문이다. 회곡은 안동 와룡의 가구에서 대대로 벼슬을 해오던 선비의 집안에서 태어나 유교적인 교육을 받으면서 자라났다. 그의 대부분 인생은 관료와 학자의 길을 오가며 산림 사이에서 갈등을 일으키는 吏隱의 길을 가고 있었다. 회곡은 임진왜란의 전후를 살았던 퇴계학파의 관료문인 중의 한 사람이었으며, 퇴계 이황과 백담 구봉령을 스승으로 섬기면서 성리학과 정치가로서 일가를 이룬 큰 선비였다. 회곡은 주로 오언 장편의 시를 많이 지었으며, 그 형식적인 면에서 표현 의 기교와 문체가 주희와 퇴계 그리고 백담의 시풍이 큰 영향을 끼치고 있었다. 그 내용적인 면에서 보면 결국은 주제의식이 성리학적 범주 안에서 구상되어 주자학의 오묘한 이치가 절묘하게 시문에 함의되어 있다. 주희의 시에 나오는 경관을 바탕으로 안동 와룡의 경관을 차경한 이미지가 도학적 정서와 융합되어 승화되면서 더욱 오묘한 미를 발하고 있다. 회곡의 시 곳곳에서 이백의 시 정신이 함의되어 시어의 조탁이 자연스럽고 순수한 감정에서 일어나는 흥취가 잘 조화된 雅正의 품격이 발견되고 있다. 조선시대 중기 문학의 흐름 중 자연에 몰입하여 살면서 성리학적 이념을 노래한 일련의 작품을 두고 江湖歌道라고 말한다. 이 시기에 퇴계학파의 학자 겸 관료로서 시에 뛰어났던 회곡 권춘란은 이들의 강호가도를 계승하고 있다는 점에서 우리 유교 문학사의 중요한 지점을 점유하고 있다.

영문 초록

This paper is Hoegok(晦谷) Kwonchunlan(權春蘭, 1539~1617)’s The life and the world of poetry. He was born in Kaguri, Waryong-myeon, Andong, North Gyeongsang Province. He is a disciple of LeeHwang(李滉, 1501~1570) and a disciple of Gubongryeong(具鳳齡, 1526~1586). Kwon Chun-ran was a government official and scholar of the Joseon Dynasty. He was greatly influenced by Songdae Ju-hee. Hoegok was one of Toegye s bureaucrats who lived before and after the Japanese Invasion of Korea in 1592, and was a great scholar who served Toegye and Baekdam Gubongryeong as teachers. Most of his poems were based on the imagination of ancient chinese a Neo-Confucianism. His world of poetry is Joo-Hee(朱熹, 1130~1200)’s poet and Lee hwang (李滉, 1501~1570)’s poet and (具鳳齡, 1526~1586)’s poet has been affected. he aesthetic consciousness of shown on a ‘The Waryong Baekdam’s poetry’ seek truth to natural beauty find to mountains and waters in The Waryong Baekdam. The Honest poverty and The artless art and good nature(拙樸) and the sublime to gained through the a scholar well-informed and retentive in memory of life. How to enjoyment art and culture of aesthetic consciousness of space sense ‘The Waryong Baekdam(臥龍 柏潭)’ the classical scholar in The Choseon Dynasty period. This term of ‘The world of poetry derives from ancient chinese a Neo-Confucianism . Be concerned in of The Honest poverty and The artless art and good nature and a new and fresh tide, natural beauty to ‘The Waryong Baekdam’s poetry’ of Kwonchunlan(權春 蘭, 1539~1617) the classical scholar in The Choseon Dynasty period. He is according to the type of Joo-Hee s ‘Ungok-jabyoung(耘谷雜詠) and Leehwang(李滉, 1501~1570)’s The Dosan-jabyoung(陶山雜詠) whenever meet to a landscape That scenery deserves to have a poem written about it. his The Baekdam-jabyoung(柏潭雜詠)’ aesthetic consciousness of the subject aesthetics point of view to The space sense for mountains and The space sense for waters. A combination of Confucian scholar and pastoral was moral culture of mind utility to natural beauty find to mountains and waters in the Choseon Dynasty period.
