해외교류 프로그램의 구축과 운영에 대하여

국문 초록

慶北大学校の海外大学との学術交流プログラムの開発と運営について報告し、学生の報告書やアンケート調査の結果からその成果と課題を考える。このプログラムは2016年度に広島市立大学と協定を結んでスタート し、地域コミュニティの協力を得て改善を加えながら作りあげてきたものである。相手大学の冬季集中プログラムに参加することで、①日本語を使った新しい挑戦ができ、学習動機が強くなった、②事前準備から授業での発表や議論を行うまでのプロセスが日本語の集中的なトレーニングになった、③多様な知識の習得をも重要だと認識できた、④日本語と日本語 話者の多様性に気づいた、などが成果として挙げられる。地域社会プログラムにおいても、様々な年齢層の市民との交流ができたが、参加学生の日本語運用能力に個人差が大きく、平和学習や交流内容のバランスが難しい といった課題も残る。反省や改善を行い、次年度に反映していくべきであるが、持続可能なプログラムにするためには財政支援や行政的な支援の問 題もある。

영문 초록

This article reports the construction and operation of KNU(Kyungpook National University)’s academic exchange program with Hiroshima City University. This program started in 2016 with a new agreement, and has been developed with the cooperation of the partner university and local community. The results of the reports and questionnaire of the participants are as follows:① KNU students were able to take on new challenges using Japanese language and got motivated to study. ② It has become an intensive training of Japanese language through presentations and discussions in classes. ③ The participants was able to recognize the importance of learning a variety of knowledge. ④The participants recognized various aspects of Japanese and Japanese speakers. Through the local community program, KNU students have also been able to communicate with citizens of various ages. The problem remains, however,due to the lack of Japanese language proficiency, and the difficulty of balancing contents. We will have to make improvements next year by reflecting on the results, but there are also problems with financial support and administrative support in order to make the program sustainable.
