간호대학생의 재난간호 인지정도, 재난간호역량 및 자아탄력성

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 재난간호 인지정도, 재난간호역량 및 자아탄력 을 확인하기 위해 시행되었다. 연구대상은 서울, 경기, 경북, 부산지역 7개 간호학과 에 재학 중인 3, 4학년 간호대학생 223명이었으며, 자료수집은 2014년 11월부터 2015년 3월까지였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 18.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 재난 간호 인지정도 및 재난간호역량은 4학년인 경우, 재난관련 교과목을 이수한 경우, 재난관련 실습을 한 대상자가 높게 나타났고, 간호대학생의 자아탄력성은 남학생, 재난간호 활동 참여 의향이 있는 경우, 재난간호 교육 참여의향이 있는 경우가 높게 나타났다. 간호학과 교과과정에 재난간호교육의 필요하다는 응답률은 100%였으며, 재난간호 인지정도, 재난간호역량, 자아탄력성은 유의한 상관관계 있었다. 본 연구 에서 간호대학생의 자아탄력성이 높을수록 재난간호 인지정도(r=.175, p=.009)과 재 난간호역량(r=.331, p=.000)이 높은 것으로 나타나, 재난간호 교육 프로그램 개발 시 간호대학생의 자아탄력성을 증진시킬 수 있는 방안이 요구된다.

영문 초록

This study aims to reveal the disaster perception, competency of disaster nursing and ego-resilience of nursing students. In this study, 223 nursing students of 7 nursing schools in their 3rd and 4th years were participated and the data was collected in a period from November 2014 to March 2015. The data analysis was conducted using SPSS 18.0. The study revealed that the disaster nursing knowledge and competency of nursing students in their 4th years, nursing students who had taken disaster-related courses, and nursing students who had participated in disaster nursing activities were high. Also, ego-resilience was shown to be high in male nursing students and nursing students who were willing to participate in disaster nursing activities and/or disaster nursing education programs. All the participants of the study answered that the disaster nursing education program is required in the nursing curriculum, and disaster nursing Perception, disaster nursing competency and ego-resilience were found to have a significant correlation. In this study, it was shown that the higher the ego-resilience, the higher the disaster nursing Perception (r=.175, p=.009) and disaster nursing competency (r=.331, p=.000). Therefore, it would be necessary to devise a proper disaster nursing education program, which could raise ego-resilience of nursing students.
