국문 초록

교육봉사활동은 교직 양성과정의 새롭고 뜻있는 제도로서 예비교사의 전문성을 발달시키고 교육문화를 다양하게 체험할 수 있다는 교육적 가치와 방법으로서의 중요성이 인정되고 있다. 그래서 이 연구는 교육봉사활동에 대한 연구를 진일보(進一 步)하여 교육봉사활동에 대한 총체적(holistic)인 관점을 견지한 채, 예비체육교사들의 교육봉사활동 정서적인 경험과 정서적 경험이 교사교육 관점에서 어떠한 의미가 있는 지를 심층적으로 이해하고 해석하고자 한다. 이 연구의 자료 수집은 2014년 3월에서 7월까지 이루어졌으며 구체적인 방법으로는 심층면담 그리고 교육봉사활동 보고서나 교육봉사일지 등과 같은 문서자료를 수집하였으며 수집한 자료는 Spradley(1979)가 제안한 영역분석, 분류분석 방법으로 이루어졌다. 예비체육교사의 교육봉사활동 정서적 경험은 교육현장의 문화에 대한 실제적이고 실천적 지식을 발견하는 과정에서의 ‘희(喜): 정체성의 내공쌓기’, 단순 보조교사와 현직선생님들과의 소통부재로 인한 ‘로(怒): 시간 때우기와 역할부재’, 교육현장의 재개념화와 피드백의 부재로 인한 ‘애(哀); 혼자만의 고립된 섬’, 꿈을 자리매김하고 더성장할 수 있었던 과정의 ‘락(樂): 가르침과 배움의 공존’으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the emotional understand on the educational volunteering program of the Pre-service P.E Teacher’s Experience. The collected data included documents, reports, reflective record and interview data. According to spradley(1979) s analysys process, all the collected materials were described, analyzed and interpreted in the following procedure: being. First, The Emotional Experience on the Educational volunteering program of the Pre-service P.E Teachers was joy: gaining inner-ability of themselves-to be changed children behavior positively, to make effective and useful discrimination & wisdom of the school culture, to follow Pre-service P.E Teachers in a friendly way. Second, The Emotional Experience on the Educational volunteering program of the Pre-service P.E Teachers was anger: to pass the time and absence of role due to recognition as teaching assistant and absence of communication. Third, The Emotional Experience on the Educational volunteering program of the Pre-service P.E Teachers was sorrow: the lack of a reliable infrastructure , the lack of place for communication Fourth, The Emotional Experience on the Educational volunteering program of the Pre-service P.E Teachers was pleasure: to develop together from learning and teaching and firm up a dream as a teacher. It is important to construct stepstone in program of the Pre-service P.E Teacher’s Experience. but reinforce positive emotionality and eliminate negative emotionality.
