분산·집중 상담자 자기효능감 집단상담이 초심상담자의 상담자 자기효능감에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 분산 · 집중으로 실시한 상담자 자기효능감 집단상담이 초심상담자의 상담자 자기효능감에 미치는 효과를 밝히고자 하였다. 연구대상은 연구에 자발적으로 참여한 1회 이상의 청소년상담 경험이 있는 초심상담자 28명이며, 이들은 7 주간 분산집단, 2일간 집중집단, 무처치 대기집단으로 무선 배치되었다. 상담자 자기 효능감 증진을 통한 효과적인 상담수행을 목적으로 하는 상담자 자기효능감 프로그램(양명희, 2013)을 초심상담자를 위해 수정 보완하여 분산집단과 집중집단에 실시하였고, 프로그램의 효과검증을 위해 상담자 자기효능감 척도(양명희, 김성회, 2011)를 사전, 사후에 실시하였으며, 사후검사 3주후에 추후검사를 실시하여 자료를 수집하였다. 검사시기와 집단의 유형에 따른 효과 검증을 위해 자료를 분석한 결과, 분산 · 집중으로 실시한 상담자 자기효능감 집단상담은 초심상담자의 상담자 자기효능감을 향상시키는데 효과가 있었고, 분산과 집중 실시에 따른 초심상담자의 상담자자기효능감에는 유의한 차이가 없었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to measure the effects of the weekly/ intensive counselor self-efficacy group counseling on counselor self-efficacy of the novice counselor. The subjects were twenty eight novice counselors who volunteered to participate in the study, had more than one adolescent counseling experience. Ten subjects participated in the weekly group for seven weeks. Nine subjects participated in the intensive group for two days. Nine subjects participated in the waiting group had no treatment. The counselor self-efficacy program was complemented based on the counselor self-efficacy program which was developed by Yang(2013). The subjects filled out the Counselor self-efficacy Scale(Yang & kim, 2011) before and after the group session. Follow-up test was carried out three weeks later. To verify the effects of the program, a variance analysis was used. As the results, the weekly/ intensive counselor self-efficacy group counseling were effective on counselor self-efficacy of the novice counselor. Also there was no significant difference between the two treatment groups.
