교육대학생의 체육 동아리 문화와 교육적 의미

국문 초록

본 연구는 교육대학교 학생들이 체육 동아리 활동을 통해 체득하게 되는 문화적특징을 알아보고 그 문화 속에 내재한 교육적인 의미를 이해하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 2013년 9월부터 2014년 2월까지 G교육대학 교를 중심으로 활동하고 있는 체육 동아리(농구, 배구, 배드민턴, 테니스, 티볼, 핸드볼 이상 6개) 소속 2-3학년 학생 중에서 각각 2명씩(남녀 학생 각 1명씩)을 연구참여자로 선정하고 각각의 동아리별로 심층면담과 동아리 활동에 대한 관찰을 통해 자료를 수집하고 분석한 후, 해석하였다. 이상의 과정을 통해 얻은 결론은 다음과같다. 첫째, 교육대학교 학생들의 체육 동아리 문화의 특징은 ‘함께하는 공동체 문화’, ‘보이지 않는 경쟁 문화’, ‘신뢰하는 사수 문화’, ‘즐기는 놀이 문화’, 그리고 ‘소통 하는 교류 문화’로 요약된다. 둘째, 교육대학교 학생들의 체육 동아리 활동의 교육적인 의미는 ‘동료멘토링 학습의 장’, ‘감정 학습의 장’, ‘사회화 학습의 장’으로 이해된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to recognize the cultural peculiarities of the sport club of the university student of education and to understand the educational value of sport club culture. This study was conducted from September 2013 to February 2014 with in-depth interviews and participant observation. The participants were 12 university students of education who had been practicing sport clubs(basket ball, volley ball, badminton, tennis, tee ball, hand ball). They were consisted of male and female respectively(from sophomore to junior). The result is as follow. First the sport club culture of the university student of education has the same characteristics as ‘sharing of community culture’, ‘ invisible competition culture’, ‘faith assistant culture’, ‘enjoyable play culture’, and ‘interactive cross-culture’. Second the educational value of sport club culture of the university student of education is construed as meaning ‘peer-mentoring learning area’, ‘emotion learning area’, and ‘socialization learning area’.
