국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 초등학교 아동의 자아정체성 및 학교정체성과 학교생활만족도와의 구조적 관계를 분석하는 데 있으며, 특히 자아정체성과 학교생활만족과의 관계에서 학교정체성의 매개효과를 알아보는데 있다. 수집된 자료를 중심으로 자아정체성 및 학교정체성과 학교생활만족도와의 구조적 관계를 알아보기 위하여 구조방정식 모형을 사용하였다. 359명의 초등학교 아동들을 대상으로 전체 50개 문항이 투입되었으며, SPSSWIN과 AMOS 통계프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 이론 모형의 적합도지수는 χ 2=254.9(df=51, p<.001), TLI .903, RMSEA .106, NFI .908 and CFI .925로적합한 것으로 나타났으며, 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 아동의 자아정체성은 학교생활만족에 직접적인 영향이 있으며, 자아정체성이 학교정체성에 학교생활만족에 더 높은 영향이 있었다. 둘째, 자아정체성과 학교생활만족과의 관계에서 학교정체성은 유의미한 매개효과가 있었다. 이러한 결과를 기반으로 초등학교 아동의정체성 및 학교정체성과 학교생활만족도와의 구조적 관계에 대한 다양한 연구가 후속되어야 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this paper are to analysis the structural relation for personal identity, school identity, and school life satisfaction of elementary school children, and especially, to analysis the mediative effect of school identity on the relationship between personal identity and school life satisfaction. Base on the collected data, Structural Equation Modeling was used to examine the structural relation for personal identity, school identity, and school life satisfaction. Total 50 items were performed with 359 children, and item data were analyzed by SPSSWIN and AMOS. The model fit, χ 2=254.9(df=51, p<.001), TLI .903, RMSEA .106, NFI .908 and CFI .925 are relatively satisfied with the standard using structural equation model, and the main results of the research are as following : First, personal identity has direct effect on the school life satisfaction. The personal identity is more influential variable than school identity on the school life satisfaction. Second, the mediative effect of school identity was significant. As based on this results, succeeding study can be more helpful with relationship for personal identity, school identity, and school life satisfaction of elementary school children.
