국문 초록

현대사회는 세계화가 특징이며, 세계화는 다문화사회로 나타나고 있다. 한국도 예외가 아니다. 한국은 다양한 목적을 지닌 체류이민자의 증가로 다문화사회로 진행 중이다. 최근 서구사회는 범죄와 폭동 등으로 다문화사회의 실패를 선언하고 대책을 강구중에 있다. 한국도 급격한 다문화사회로 문화갈등이 전개되고 있어 대책 마련이 필요하다. 체류이민자들에 의한 강력(폭력)범죄 및 마약 지능범 등은 꾸준히 증가하는 추세에 있다. 이것은 한국인의 외국인에 대한 체감적인 혐오로 나타나고 있다. 다문화사회 통합의 장애인 범죄대처방안을 찾기 위해 외사경찰관들에게 ‘이메일을 통한 개방형 의견 조사’를 실시하였다. 문화와 기질은 범죄에 많은 영향을 끼치기 때문에 1차 설문은 문화와 범죄 현상의 관계에 대한 관찰 의견을 조사하였다. 2차 설 문은 외사경찰관의 경험적 인식을 토대로 국적별 범죄를 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 결과에 따른 제언은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 다문화 전문기관을 신설하는 것이다. 둘째, 다문화교육 내용을 개선하고 강화해야 한다. 셋째, 다문화 전문경찰관을 양성해야 한다.

영문 초록

Modern society is characterized by globalization. Globalization has appeared in a multicultural society. Korea is no exception. South Korea is underway in a multicultural society with an increase in immigrants stay a variety of purposes. Western society has declared the failure of the multicultural society such as crime and riots, and take measures. South Korea also established the measures needed have been deployed to the rapid cultural conflict multicultural society. Stay strong due to immigration (violent) crime and drug crime are steadily on the rise. This appears to feel aversion for Koreans. To find ways of coping with disabilities crime multicultural social integration were the open survey via e-mail to the foreign affairs police officer. Foreign Affairs officers to help immigrants stay Crime Prevention and early adaptation. Therefore Affairs officers know exactly who all the migrants stay. Crime is subject to many influences on culture and temperament. Culture and temperament questionnaire primary because kkichigi a significant impact on the criminal investigation was observed comments on the relationship between culture and crime phenomenon. Second survey looked at the crime on the basis of nationality recognition of experiential Affairs officer. Suggestions according to the results of this study are as follows. First, the establishment of a multi-cultural professional organizations. Multicultural policies are a social integration policy. Early settlement of immigrants stay will bring stability. Second, multicultural education is required. FOCUS is working to improve education in cultural diversity. Multicultural education should be a good cultural training professionals to understand the cultural characteristics and lead. Expert knowledge of national and ethnic cultures and religions will visit immigrant crime prevention. Social integration policy is a policy in harmony with understanding the cultural values of the locals or immigrants stay in creating a society of human coexistence. If we are to devise ways to enable multicultural social security governance. Consistent policy research experts will reduce the trial and error in the implementation, analysis, evaluation and feedback.
