대학생의 자아분화와 자아탄력성이 대인간 문제해결력에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 자아분화와 자아탄력성이 대인간 문제해결력에 미치는 영향을 검증하는 것이다. 부산지역 소재의 4년제 대학 중 9개의 대학교에 재학 중인 남여 대학생을 대상으로 설문 실시한 설문지 573부를 통계분석 자료로 사용하였다. 측정도구로는 자아분화수준 척도, 자아탄력성 척도, 대인간 문제해결력 척도를 사용하였으며, 연구문제 검증을 위한 통계처리는 상관분석과 단계선택방법을 사용한 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자아분화와 자아 탄력성 및 대인간 문제해결력 간의 상관분석에서는 전반적으로 유의한 상관관계가 있다. 둘째, 자아분화의 하위요인들이 대인간 문제해결력에 미치는 영향은 가족퇴행, 자아통합, 인지대 정서, 가족투사 순이다. 셋째, 자아탄력성이 대인간 문제해결력에 미치는 영향은 자신감, 낙관적 태도 순이다. 이상의 연구 결과는 자아분화와 자아탄 력성이 대인간 문제해결력에 영향을 미치는 것으로, 이를 통해 청소년기 대학생들의 대인간 문제해결력이 현재의 발달과 미래의 사회생활에까지 영향을 받을 수 있음을 알 수 있다. 그러므로 대학생들의 대인간 문제 해결력을 돕기 위한 대인관계능력 향상 프로그램 개발 및 가족생활교육과 관련된 다양한 프로그램 실시의 필요성이 있음을 시사한다.

영문 초록

This study aims to explore the effects of self-differentiation and ego-resilience on the interpersonal problem-solving ability of undergraduate students. This study involved 600 undergraduate students enrolled at nine universities in Busan. Of the 600 participants in total, 27 respondents were removed from the study because of their incomplete answers and failure to return surveys; therefore, 573 participants’ data were used for the data analysis. Three instruments were used to measure the participants’ self-differentiation scale, ego-resilience scale, and social problem-solving inventory. Correlation analysis and step-wise multiple regression analysis were used for examining the research questions of this study. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS 20.0 program. The results of this study are as follows: First, there was overall significant correlation between self-differentiation, ego-resilience, and interpersonal problem-solving ability. Second, family regression was the most influential sub factors in self-differentiation to affect the interpersonal problem-solving ability of undergraduate students. Following family regression were integration of self, recognition, emotional function, and family projection. Third, confidence was the most influential factor for the effects of ego-resilience on the interpersonal problem-solving ability, which was followed by optimistic attitude. These results indicate that the self-differentiation and ego-resilience influence the interpersonal problem-solving ability. As the results above show, the campus life adaptation of university students can be influenced by the present development and the social life in the future. Hence, it is suggested that the implementation of family life education program and the development of programs for improving interpersonal relationship skills should be needed to maintain harmonious and balanced social relationship of adolescents.
