국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 애착과 자기효능감이 대인관계문제에 미치는 영향력을 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 다음과 같이 연구문제를 설정하였다. 첫째, 대학생의 애착과 자기효능감, 대인관계문제 간의 상관은 어떠 한가? 둘째, 대학생의 애착이 대인관계문제에 미치는 영향은 어떠한가? 셋째, 자기 효능감이 대인관계문제에 미치는 영향은 어떠한가? 이다. 측정도구로는 성인기 낭만적 애착척도, 자기효능감 척도, 대인관계문제검사를 사용하였고, 연구문제 검증을 위한 통계처리는 상관분석과 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구의 결과를 통해 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 애착과 자기효능감이 대인관계문제와 유의한 상관을 나타내었다. 둘째, 대학생의 애착은 대인관계문제에 영향을 미치는 중요 한 변인으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 일반적 자기효능감과 사회적 효능감이 전반적인 대인관계문제에 중요한 영향을 미치는 변인임을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과는 애착불안과 애착회피가 높을수록 일반적 자기효능감과 사회적 자기효능감의 수준이 낮을수 록 대인관계문제를 더 많이 경험하고 있기 때문에 애착과 자기효능감에 대한 개입의 중요성을 시사하고 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of attachment and self-efficacy on interpersonal problems of college students. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS 20.0 program. The measurement scales included Multi-item Measure of Adult Romantic Attachment Experiences in Close Relationship Scale, Self-Efficacy Scale, and Interpersonal of Interpersonal Problem-Circumplex Scale. The collected data were analyzed by using correlational analysis and multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of this study, the major findings were as follows: First, according to the analysis of the correlation in undergraduate s attachment and interpersonal problems, anxiety attachment and interpersonal problems, avoidant attachment and interpersonal problems had a statistical correlation. According to the analysis of the correlation in self-efficacy and interpersonal problems, general self-efficacy and interpersonal problems, social self-efficacy and interpersonal problems had a statistical correlation. Second, the anxiety attachment had an more effect on general interpersonal problems and the avoidant attachment had an more effect on socially avoidant and cold. Three, the general self-efficacy had an more effect on general interpersonal problems and the social self-efficacy had an more effect on nonassertive, socially avoidant and cold. In all, the important variables that had a significantly positive or negative relation to interpersonal problems include the anxiety attachment, the avoidant attachment, the general self-efficacy and social self-efficacy. Namely, it means that attachment of college students had a great influence on interpersonal problems. Thus, it is very important to enhance the self-efficacy to help college student s interpersonal problems
