영문 초록

The Constitution is a fundamental institution of the state, and it forms fundamental standards in all aspects of political, economic, social, and culture. The process of legislation that endangerses the rights and responsibilities of social workers can not be a concrete and powerful institution that embodies the constitutional spirit. State institutions that implement the edifice establish and revise the laws that govern the freedom and rights of the people and impose new laws on them. Various efforts are needed to create a legal system to protect the members of the society properly. The capitalist states of modern neoliberalism adopted the principle of mutual checks, balance, and power separation by dividing power focus into power, giving power to powers, administrative rights, and jurisdiction. With parliamentary legislation replaced by legislation, the principle of separation of the powers of the classical meaning is somewhat damaged. The legislative representation of legislative rights, especially those that affect the rights and privileges of these powers, is determined by the enactment of the National Assembly, the legislative institution, the enactment of the Constitution, and the inherent meaning of the legislation of the constitutional laws of the Constitution, and the legitimacy of the enactment and legitimacy of the Constitution. The most important thing in this regard is to democratize and rationalize legislation processes. This thesis examines the significance of the grand scheme and the history of the representative system, and the representative system, to reconsider the essence of the system.
