국문 초록

本研究では、石原莞爾の満州事変と満蒙認識、そして満蒙の戦略的価値を中心に検討した。すなわち、石原莞爾の対満蒙認識と満蒙の安保的、経済的側面の支配論理を、当時の日本の国益と関連して考察してみた。特に満州事変の主要背景と満州国建設という究極の目的から見れば、石原莞爾の認識は日本帝国主義の大陸膨張主義の主たる目標であったと判断され、これが満州事変と満蒙侵略を合理化する理論的な根拠として利用されたことが本研究を通じて確認された。安保の観点からの満蒙は、日本の防衛の自衛権守護と密接な関係を持たざるをえなかった。特に、ロシアの南下を阻止し、米国との衝突による対米長期戦に備えることができる戦略的要衝地で、日本の生命線である。 そして、世界経済においての満蒙は、米国産業の世界支配化の傾向を牽制することができる場所であり、また原材料が豊富で、市場の確保に有利な地理的位置を占めていた。このような観点から、日本の経済政策において満蒙は抜きにして語れないと思われる。したがって、石原莞爾の滿蒙構想は日本の満州侵略において戦略的に投影されただけでなく、実用的な面でもかなり反映された。これは大東亜共栄圏を形成する過程において、論理的正当性の付与に多くの影響を及ぼしたと判断される。

영문 초록

This study focuses on the Ishiwara’s Manchuria Incident, Manchurian Recognition, and the strategic value of Manchuria. In other words, Ishiwara’s consciousness of the Greater Manchuria and the domination in terms of security and economic aspects of Manchuria are considered in relation to Japan’s national interests at the time. In particular, in the context of the main background of the Manchurian Incident and the ultimate aim of Manchukuo Construction, Ishiwara’s idea was believed to be the main goal of the development of the Japanese imperialism, and it was found that it was used as a theoretical basis to rationalize the invasion of Manchuria and the Manchurian Incident. From the viewpoint of security, Manmong was bound to have a close relationship with Japanese defense rights. In particular, it is Japan’s lifeline as a strategic foothold against a long term war against the United States by a conflict with the United States, precluding Russia from moving south. In addition, in the global economy, Manmong as a place to check the trend of the monopoly in American industry was rich in raw materials, and had an advantageous geographical position for a secure market. In this respect, Manmong was believed to conform to Japan’s economic policy. Thus, Ishiwara’s Manchuria and Mongolconcept was not only a strategic projection of the Japanese invasion of Manchuria but substantially the reflection of practical aspects, and it is believed that it has had a lot of influence on the process of forming the Greater East Asia Co Prosperity Sphere.
