소외계층아동의 운동학습이 신체발달 및 체력특성 치유에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 소외계층아동들의 운동학습이 신체발달과 체력특성 치유에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고, 이를 통해 운동학습이 아동의 신체발달 및 체력특성에 미치는 효과에 대해서 알아보고자 한다. 본 연구에 참여한 조사대상자는 대구광역시 소외계층 아동의 운동학습프로그램(그리핀체육학교) 참여자로 달서구에 소재하고 있는 초등학생이며 2016년 3월부터 6월까지, 그리고 2016년 9월부터 12월 까지 총 24주 동안 주 2회 2시간씩 수영(20명), 농구(20명), 풋살(20명)종목에 참여한 60명으로 구성되었다. 자료 처리는 SPSS 20.0프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 대상자의 실험 전·후 운동·신체 발달 척도에서 신체발달 변화량 비교는 Wilcoxon 부호순위 검정으로 하였으며, 신체운동의 효과검정 은 Mann-Whitney U 검정으로 하였으며. 유의수준은 p<.05로 하였다. 소외계층아동 운동학습프로그램(그리핀 체육학교)을 통해 살펴본 운동학습은 소외계층 아동들의 신체적 발달과 체력특성에 변화를 주기 때문에 매우 가치가 있다고본다.

영문 초록

This study is intended to research how motor learning in the underprivileged children may affect physical development and healing of physical fitness, and based on this, to find the effects of motor learning on physical development and physical fitness in children. For this study, the survey was conducted from 120 elementary students who joined in the motor learning program managed by Daegu City for the underprivileged children living in Dalseo-gu. All these students are composed of 60 who participated in swimming(20), basketball(20) and futsal(20) events twice a week and 2hours each time from Mar. to Jun. 2016 and 60 who joined in the same events from Sep. to Dec. 2016. SPSS 20.0 program was used for data processing. To compare the change of physical development in the exercise・body development scale of the participants before and after test, Wilcoxon’s signed-ranks test was done. Also Mann-Whitney U test was used for effect test of physical exercise, and Significance level was achieved at a=0.05. In conclusion, it is considered that Motor learning examined through motor learning program(Griffin physical education school) of the underprivileged children is highly valued because it gives the underprivileged children a change in physical development and physical fitness.
