여자대학생의 리더십 잠재집단 유형과 남성성, 여성성, 자아존중감 및 성격 5요인의 관계

국문 초록

본 연구는 2016년 10월～12월, 4년제 대학의 여자대학생 454명을 대상으로한 설문자료를 바탕으로 여자대학생의 리더십에 대한 잠재집단 특성을 파악하고자 수행되었다. 먼저, 리더십에 대한 잠재집단분석 실시 결과, 4집단이 가장 적합한 것으로 최 종 판단되었고, 각 잠재집단은 리더십-우수 집단(4.6%), 리더십-양호 집단(46.3%),리더십-부족 집단(43.6%), 리더십-심각 집단(5.5%)으로 분류되었다. 다음으로 리더십의 각 잠재집단 유형 간 남성성, 여성성 및 자아존중감의 차이를 파악하고자 다변 량분산분석을 실시한 결과, 남성성은 리더십-우수 집단이 가장 높았고, 여성성은 리더십-우수 집단과 리더십-양호 집단이 가장 높았으며, 자아존중감은 리더십-우수집단이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 리더십의 잠재집단 구분에 대한 성 격 5요인의 영향을 살펴보기 위하여 다항로지스틱 분석을 실시한 결과, 외향성이 높을수록 리더십-양호집단과 리더십-우수집단에 속할 가능성이 높았으며, 개방성이높을수록 리더십-우수집단에 속할 가능성이 높았다. 또한, 성실성이 높을수록 리더 십-우수집단에 속할 가능성이 높았으며, 친화성이 높을수록 리더십-양호집단에 속할 가능성이 높았다. 본 연구는 여자대학생의 리더십 수준에 따른 하위 양상과 심리내적 특성을 살펴보고, 리더십 집단양상에 영향을 미치는 성격 특성을 파악함으로써 대학생 리더십의 특성을 보다 구체적으로 이해하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study was performed to investigate the characteristics of latent classes according to leadership based on questionnaire data of 454 female college students. First, LCA analysis showed that the leadership have four types of latent classes, and the latent classes were classified as leadership-excellent group(4.6%), leadership-good group(46.3%), leadership-deficient group(43.6%) and leadership -serious group(5.5%). Subsequently, we compared the characteristics of each class through MANOVA. As a result, Leadership-excellent group was the highest in masculinity and self-esteem, Leadership-excellent group and leadership-good group were the highest in femininity. Finally, in order to investigate the influence of big-five personality on grouping of leadership, I conducted multivariate logistic analysis. The result showed that the higher extraversion were more likely to belong to the leadership-excellent group and leadership-good group, and the higher openness belong to the leadership-excellent group. Also, the higher conscientiousness were more likely to belong to the leadership-excellent group, and the higher agreeableness belong to the leadership-good group. The significance of this study is to understand specifically the latent classes according to leadership of female college students and the psychological internal characteristics of each class.
