국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 의사소통 맥락에서 비사범계 교직과정 이수생의 교육실습과정을 탐색하고, 이를 토대로 보다 효과적인 교육실습과정 운영에 대한 시사점을 제시 하는 것이다. 의사소통 맥락에서 예비교사의 교육실습과정은 교육실습과정의 문제 점과 문제해결을 위한 노력을 중심으로 탐색하였다. 본 연구 대상은 경기도 소재 D 대학교 비사범계 교직과정을 이수중인 학생으로 2016년 4월에서 5월에 교육실습과 정을 마친 학생 13명이다. 본 연구는 질적 연구로 성찰일지와 심층면담을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 수집한 자료는 의사소통 맥락에서 개인 내 요인, 개인 간 요인, 조직 요인의 지표를 중심으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 의사소통 맥락에서 교육실습 과정의 문제점으로 개인 내 요인과 관련된 문제점은 부정적 감정표출하기, 수업에 대한 두려움, 학생들의 주목을 받아야 한다는 생각으로 나타났다. 개인 간 요인 중지도교사와의 관계에서의 문제점은 지도교사의 무관심과 거리감으로 인한 관계 단절로 나타났다. 학생과의 관계에서의 문제점은 전공의 차이와 시간의 부족으로 인한 공감대 형성의 어려움으로 나타났다. 조직 요인과 관련된 문제점은 예비교사의 근무 공간이 교무실인 경우, 통제가 심한 학교의 규정, 시험기간과 겹치는 교생실습기간 으로 나타났다. 둘째, 의사소통 맥락에서 교육실습과정의 문제 해결을 위한 노력으로 개인 내 요인과 관련된 노력은 경험에 대한 성찰로 나타났다. 개인 간 요인 중 실습지도교사와의 관계에서의 노력은 실습지도교사에게 적극적으로 요구하기와 예비 교사들과의 소통으로 나타났다. 학생과의 관계에서의 노력은 비언어적 의사소통과 생활지도 시간을 통한 공감대 형성으로 나타났다. 조직 요인과 관련된 노력은 학교 조직의 장점을 배우려는 자세와 학생을 사랑하는 마음으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결 과를 바탕으로 예비교사를 대상으로 하는 교육실습과정 운영에 대한 시사점을 제안 하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to explore the educational practice of the pre-service teacher in the context of communication to improve the educational practice process. The educational practice process was explored focused on the problems of the educational practice process and the efforts for solving the problems in the contexts of communication. The participants of this study are 13 students who attend the educational practice of the pre-service teacher from April to May in 2016. This study is qualitative research collected data through reflection journals and in-depth interviews. The context of communication was analyzed by personal factors, interpersonal factors and organizational factors. The results were as follows. First, problems associated with personal factor is to express negative emotions, fear of the class, thinking pre-service teacher as the leader of the students. Problems associated with interpersonal factor in relations with the practical guide teacher are the disconnection due to the indifference and distance of the guidance teacher. Problems associated with interpersonal factor in relations with the student are the difficulty of consensus due to difference of major and shortage of time. Problems associated with organizational factor were the working place in the school office, severe regulations, educational practice period. Second, efforts to solve problem related to personal factor was reflection about experiences. Efforts to solve problems related to interpersonal factor in relation with the practical guide teachers were to demand actively and to communicate with other pre-service teachers. Efforts to solve problems related to interpersonal factor in relation with the students were to form consensus through nonverbal communication and life guidance. Efforts to solve problems related to organizational factors appeared in a way to learn the merits of school organization and to love students. Based on the results of this study, we suggest implications for the improvement of educational practice of the pre-service teacher.
