국문 초록

본 연구는 인문․사회계열 대학생을 대상으로 직업가치 및 사회적지지와 진로결 정수준 관계에서 진로성숙도의 매개효과를 검증하는데 목적을 두고 경남지역에 소재한 K대학교 3～4학년 253명을 연구대상으로 선정하여 2017년 4월 3일부터 7일까지 일주간에 걸쳐 설문조사를 수행하였다. 수집된 설문 자료는 SPSS 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였고, 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 직업가치, 사회적지 지, 진로성숙도와 진로결정수준 간의 유의한 관련성이 나타났고, 내재적 직업가치와 친구지지는 진로성숙도와 진로결정수준에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 내재적 직업가치 및 친구지지와 진로결정수준 관계에서 진로성숙도의 매개효 과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 대학생들이 내재적 가치를 중심으로 자신의 직업과 진로를 결정할 수 있는 탄력적인 진로성숙도를 함양할 수 있는 진로교육 프로그램을 대학 차원에서 적극적으로 활용하는 방안을 검토해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study is an empirical study intended to test a mediation effect of career maturity on relationship between work value, social support and career decision level for college students enrolled in the college of humanities․social sciences. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, 253 juniors and seniors at K university located in Gyeongnam province were selected as subjects, and then they were surveyed. For the collected survey data, a reliability test, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis was carried out by using SPSS program, and the following results were produced. First, it was shown that there was significant relationship between work value, social support, career maturity and career decision level. And it was shown that intrinsic work value among work values and peer support among social supports had a significant positive effect on career maturity and career decision level. Second, it was shown that there was a significant partial mediation effect of career maturity on relationship between intrinsic work value and career decision level. And it was shown that there was significant full mediation effect of career maturity on relationship between peer support and career decision level. Therefore, universities should consider a plan of actively utilizing a career education program making it possible to foster resilient career maturity enabling students to decide on their own work and career, focusing on intrinsic values such as college students’ own interest, passion and sense of accomplishment.
