간호대학생의 학습성과에 대한 교육요구도 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 프로그램 학습성과에 대한 교육요구도를 파악하고자 시행 되었다. 본 연구의 대상자는 일개 지역의 2개 대학 간호학과에 재학 중인 710명의 간호대학생이었으며, 자료는 자가보고 질문지로 수집되었다. 자료는 IBM SPSS Statistics 19.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 간호대학생의 학습성과에 대한 교육 요구도는 학습성과 1, 2 (통합적 적용능력), 학습성과 11 (연구수행능력), 학습성과 12 (보건의료정책변화 대응능력), 학습성과 6 (비판적 사고능력), 학습성과 7, 10 (법 적, 윤리적 책임 인식능력), 학습성과 3, 5 (의사소통과 협동능력), 학습성과 9 (리더십 능력) 순으로 나타났다. 일반적 특성인 성별, 간호대학 학제, 학년, 직전학기 성적 등에 따라 학습성과별 필요수준과 보유수준에 차이가 있었다. 본 연구는 간호대학생의 학습성과에 대한 교육요구도 분석을 시도하여 학습자 중심의 간호교육개발을 위한 기초를 제공하였다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있다. 이를 통해 간호교육 프로그램 개선을 위한 교육과 실무에 기여할 것이다

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyse educational need of nursing students about nursing program outcomes. Methods: The participants were 710 nursing students in two colleges. The date was collected from self-reported questionnaires survey by nursing students. The collected data was analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 19.0 program. Results: Nursing students educational needs about program outcomes was ranked PO 1, PO 2, PO 11, PO 12, PO 6, PO 4, PO 7, PO 10, PO 5, PO 3, PO 9. There were significant differences in degree of importance and current according to gender, type of school, grades, academic achievement. Conclusion: The finding provides the first step toward developing a education program or program outcomes for the nursing students focused education. It is judged that operation of flexible education program should be arranged if learning achievement through regular curriculum is limited.
