국문 초록

본 연구는 긍정심리자본, 내제적동기 및 혁신행동과의 관계를 파악하여 검증하고, 서울지역 특 1급에 종사하는 조리사들을 대상으로 설문지를 활용하여 315부를 회수하여 유효하지 않은 설문을 제외하고 299부를 중심으로 AMOS 21 통계패키지를 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구의 결과 첫째, 긍정심리자본은 내제적동기에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 긍정심리자본은 혁신행동에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 내제적동기는 혁신행동에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 특1급 호텔 조리사들의 긍정심리자본의 하부 요인들과 내제적동기 및 혁신행동에 대해 실증적 분석을 통하여 통계적 유의성을 제시하였다는 것에 의의가 있다. 이러한 각 변수들 간의 영향관계에 대한 실증적 분석은 향후 이와 관련된 연구의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다. 또한, 이론적 시사점과 함께 특급 호텔조리사의 긍정심리자본의 강화 및 폭 넓은 내제적동기의 확보를 위해 호텔조직 차원의 실무적 시사점을 얻었으며, 구체적인 사항은 본문에 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study examines the relationship between positive psychological capital, internal motivation and innovation behavior, and verifies the mediating effect of internal motivation on the relationship between positive psychological capital and innovation behavior. A total of 315 copies of the questionnaires were analyzed for the cooks in the 1st grade in Seoul area. Using the AMOS 21 statistical package, 299 copies were analyzed, excluding the invalid questionnaires. First, positive psychological capital has a positive (+) influence on intrinsic motivation. Second, positive psychological capital has a positive effect on innovation behavior. Third, intrinsic motivation has a positive effect on innovation behavior. The results of this study are as follows. First, it is significant that the positive factors of positive psychological capital of first-class hotel cookers, and internal motivation and innovation behavior were statistically analyzed through empirical analysis. The empirical analysis of the relationship between these variables can be used as a basic data for future research. In addition to the theoretical implications, practical implications for organizational level were obtained in order to reinforce positive psychological capital of hotel cooks and to secure a wide range of internal motivation.
