국문 초록

본 연구에서는 국외골프투어 참여경험이 있는 사람들을 대상으로 이용객의 선택속성을 외적속성인 골프코스, 부대시설과 내적속성인 서비스, 신기성으로 나누어 지각된 가치와 삶의 만족도에 어떤 영향을 미치는 지에 대한 조사와 분석을 하였다. 연구의 목적은 국외골프투어에 참여한 경험이 있는 사람들을 대상으로 국외골프투어의 외적속성(골프코스, 부대시설), 내적속성(서비스, 신기성)이 지각된 가치와 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향과 변수들 간의 인과관계를 규명하는 것이다. 연구결과 표본의 구성에 따라 국외골프투어의 선택속성과 지각된 가치와 삶의 만족도의 영향관계에 있어 선행연구와 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 국외골프투어의 팩케지 콘텐츠와 참가자의 구조적관계를 분석하는 후속연구는 매우 의미있을 것으로 판단된다.

영문 초록

In this study, selection attributes of overseas golf tour were grouped into two parts: internal attributes such as service and novelty and external attributes such as golf course and facilities. Then, relationship of these four elements were analysed to test a significance on perceived value and satisfaction in life. Samples were selected from players who has a previous experience in overseas golf tour. Findings from the analysis were quite different compared to the precedent studies in that selection attributes of overseas golf tour did not affect as significant as previous studies. It could be drawn from the fact that golf courses visited did not meet the expectation of Korean players who had already exposed to the high standard of golf courses and facilities and they were often disappointed with the standard offered from overseas golf courses. Further study on the relationship of players to the overseas golf tour and the contents of the overseas golf package would be worthwhile.
