국문 초록

신뢰는 조직성과에 핵심적인 역할을 한다고 알려져 왔다. 본 연구는 호텔기업의 신뢰, 협력과 직무만족 수준과의 관계를 파악하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 조사는 설문지법을 이용하였으며 300부의 배포하였고 총 221명의 호텔직원의 설문지를 분석에 이용하였다. 자료분석은 구조방정식모형을 통해 분석하였다. 분석결과, 신뢰는 협력에 부분적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 직무만족에도 부분적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이 연구결과는 호텔 관리자가 직원들의 신뢰를 통해 협력과 직무만족을 증가시킬 수 있는 방안을 적극적으로 모색이 필요하다는 것을 시사하고 있다.

영문 초록

It has been noted that an employee s trust is an important variable that impacts organizational performance. The purpose of this paper is to examine the relationships between trust, cooperation, and job satisfaction levels in hotels. This paper designs a questionnaire and then distributes to 300 employees. A total of 221 employees in the hotel industry working in Korea provided responses to scales designed to assess the research. To describe the data, the structural equations model (SEM) has been used. The results of this study demonstrated that trust exerted partial positive effects on both cooperation and job satisfaction level. These results indicated that it is necessary for hotel managers to manage employees trust to improve cooperation and job satisfaction.
