육아종합지원센터 보육교직원 교육에 대한 보육교사의 인식 및 요구

국문 초록

본 논문은 육아종합지원센터 보육교직원 교육에 대한 보육교사의 인식 및 요구에 대해 살펴보고, 보육교직원 교육의 질적 향상을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2016년 10월 12일부터 11월 25일까지 B광역시에 소재한 어린이집 보육교사 350명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 그 중 297부를 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 육아종합지원센터 보육교직원 교육에 대한 보육교사의 인식을 알아본 결과, 육아종합지원센터 보육교직원 교육 경험이 있다와 필요하다가 가장 높게 나타났다. 또한 교육 효과성으로 유아교수방법이, 효과적인 교육 유형으로는 직무연수가 가장 높게 나타났으며, 교육 참여의 어려움으로는 교육시기가, 교육내용은 교육계획에 반영하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 육아종합지원센터 보육교직원 교육에 대한 보육교사의 요구를 알아본 결과, 교육 일시, 방법, 대상, 비용은 평일 17-20시, 1회기, 회당 2시간, 강연회, 경력교사, 참가비용 5,000원이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 강사로는 현장 경험이 풍부한 원장 및 교사가, 희망 교육 내용으로는 수업 및 영유아지도 기술이 가장 높게 나타났다. 그리고 보육교직원 교육을 통하여 교육현장에 효과적으로 활용될 것으로 기대한다고 하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the awareness and the needs of childcare teachers on childcare personnel education offered by support centers for childcare. and to provide fundamental information for the qualitative improvement of childcare personnel education. 297 childcare teachers were selected and participated in a survey in daycare centers located in an urban community, The study for role: First, the study analyzed highest number of awareness of the teachers on childcare personnel education provided by childcare support centers. As a result, of childcare teackers responded that they had either received childcare persnnel edvacation or view it as necesarry. Also the education on early childhood teaching methods was regarded as the most effective, and on-the-job training was viewed as the most effective type of education. Regarding difficulties associated with receiving this education, the survey participants responded that the specific time period for the education was inconvenient for them. The teachers reflected what they had learned from this education in their of teaching plans. Second, the needs of the daycare teachers of childcare persnnel education by support centers for childcare were analyzed. Their maefened time and length for the education were between 5 and 8 p.m. on weekdays, for a session, and two hours each. They also chose leeture style as the most preferable edvcational method. As for the object of the education, the teachers thought experienced teachers should receive the education, and preferred participation fee was 5,000 won. Their favorite lecturers were principals and teachers with ample hands-on experience. The educational content that they hoped to learn about the most was teaching skills and how to guide infants and preschoolers. They expected that teachers would be able to make the most of what they could learn from the education.
