3-5세 연령별 누리과정 5개 영역 및 교사용 지도서 생활주제 간의 관계성에 대한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 3-5세 연령별 누리과정 교사용 지도서에서 제시하고 있는 생활주제 중심 교육이 누리과정에서 제시하는 5개 영역과 어떠한 관계에 있는지 점검하기 위해 진행되었다. 생활주제나 5개 영역 모두 통합교육으로 이루어지기 때문에 단순히 생활주제 명칭과 5개 영역 명칭 간의 임의적인 연결로는 관련성을 타당성 있게 밝혀낼 수 없을 것으로 보인다. 이에 따라, 본 연구진은 문헌연구(내용분석)과 2015년 5월부터 2016년 2월까지 교사용 지도서의 생활주제에 속한 각각의 ‘활동’들이 5개 영역 중 어떠한 영역과 가장 관련성이 높은지를 빈도분석을 통해 파악하였다. 이는 생활주제에서 편중되게 다뤄지는 영역이 있는지 확인하기 위함이었다. 분석 결과, 생활주제와 누리과정 각론 내용체계, 연령별 생활주제의 영역 관련 활동 과 누리과정 각론의 세부 내용 모두 관련이 없거나 미약한 것으로 조사되었다. 이를 통해 5개 영역과 생활주제는 관련이 없으며 이를 조사하기 위하여 분석단위로 활용한 관련 영역 활동 의 편중 정도 역시 누리과정 각론에서 비롯된 것이 아님이 밝혀졌다. 본 연구에서는 첫째, 누리과정 5개 영역과 생활주제의 활용적인 측면에서의 관련성을 조사하는 질적 연구를 통한 후속연구가 이루어질 필요가 있고 둘째, 생활주제와 5개 영역 간의 관계에 대한 보다 다양한 후속연구가 이루어질 필요가 있다는 점을 제언을 하였다. 끝으로, 교사용 지도서뿐만 아니라 누리과정 각론에서의 영역 간 내용체계 편중 현상도 바로잡을 필요가 있다는 점을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to investigate the relationship between 5 categories of national Nuri-Curriculum and Daily theme-based teaching methodology from Nuri-Curriculum teather s guidebooks. The curriculum is processed under integrated education. Therefore it is hardly compare to match between two elements by titles and also it is not distinguishable validity exist on two items. Research team analyzed class activities of 32 Daily theme-based Nuri-Curriculum in teachers guidebooks from May 2015 to February 2016. The research focused on which categories are closely related with each class activities in order to examine the balance of 5 categories in Daily theme. The research performed with literature review methods and frequency analytical methods. The study found daily themes, subjects and activities from the Nuri-Curriculum teachers guidebooks have not been developed under Nuri-Curriculum general guidance nor object, category and content of particular guidance. Therefore the study confirmed that 5 categories are not related with daily theme. And class activity which used item to compare the relationship between 5 categories and daily theme, is also not following the Nuri-curriculum general guidance nor particular guidance. Thereby, the study suggest that first, additional qualitative research which investigates relationship between 5 categories and Daily theme on practical level is needed. The second, additional research which investigates relationship between 5 categories and Daily theme by various curriculum development theories is needed. The third, it is necessary to reorganize the daily theme under national Nuri-Curriculum guidance.
