국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 취업스트레스가 우울과 자살사고에 미치는 영향에 대하여 인지적 유연성의 매개효과를 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 부산광역시에 소재한 4년제 대학교 학생 454명을 대상으로 취업스트레스, 인지적 유연성, 우울, 자살사고 검사를 실시하였다. 이를 위한 통계처리는 일원분산분석(One-Way ANOVA), 상관분석, Baron과 Kenny의 매개분석을 실시하였다. 연구의 결과를 통해 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생 취업스트레스와 학년 간의 차이는 검증되 었다. 즉, 학년이 올라 갈수록 대학생의 취업스트레스가 더욱 가중되는 것으로 확인 되었다. 둘째, 대학생 취업스트레스, 인지적 유연성, 우울, 자살사고는 유의미한 상관을 나타내었다. 셋째, 인지적 유연성은 대학생 취업스트레스와 우울, 자살사고를 부분 매개하는 중요한 변인임을 확인하였다. 넷째, 우울은 대학생 취업스트레스와 자살 사고를 완전 매개하는 중요한 변인임을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과는 대학생 취업스트 레스가 높을수록 우울, 자살사고에 더 많은 영향을 주며, 인지적 유연성이 높을수록 대학생 취업스트레스, 우울, 자살사고 감소에 영향을 주므로 인지적 유연성 개입의 중요성을 시사하고 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effects of cognitive flexibility on the effects of university students job-seeking stress on depression and suicidal ideation. For this purpose, 454 students of university in Busan City were surveyed for job-seeking stress, cognitive flexibility, depression and suicidal ideation. One-Way ANOVA, correlation analysis, and median analysis of Baron and Kenny were performed for statistical processing for research problem verification. The conclusions obtained from the results of the study are as follows. First, the difference between university student employment stress and grade was tested. In other words, it was confirmed that the job-seeking stress of university students increased as the grade increased. Second, university students s job-seeking stress, cognitive flexibility, depression, and suicidal ideation showed a significant correlation. Third, cognitive flexibility was found to be an important mediating factor in depression and suicidal ideation. Fourth, depression was found to be an important variable to mediate the stress of university students s job-seeking stress and suicidal ideation. This result suggests that the higher the stress of university students s job-seeking stress, the more influence on depression and suicide ideation, and the higher cognitive flexibility, the more influence of cognitive flexibility intervention because it affects university students’s job-seeking stress, depression and suicide accident reduction.
