초등 교육과정과 연계한 식생활 현장체험학습 프로그램 탐색

국문 초록

본 연구는 초등 교육과정과 연계한 식생활 현장체험학습 프로그램의 전반적인 실태를 파악하기 위해서 초등 교육과정과 교과서에서의 식생활 현장체험학습 내용 요소 및 유형, 현재 운영되고 있는 식생활 현장체험학습 프로그램 현황을 분석하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등 교육과정 및 교과서에 나타난 식생활 현장체험학습 내용 요소 및 유형을 분석한 결과, 1, 2학년의 통합교과에서는 주로 식문화 체험 및 식재료 체험 관련 내용이 나타났고, 3학년에서는 실험실습 체험 및 식품안전 체험 관련 내용이 과학, 체육 교과에서 나타나고 있으며, 4학년에서는 식생활환경 체험 관련 내용으로까지 확대되어지고 있다. 5학년에서는 실험실습 체험 관련 내용이 가장 많이 나타나고 있으며, 6학년에서는 식재료 체험을 제외한 나머지 현장체험학습 유형 관련 내용 요소들이 골고루 나타나고 있다. 둘째, 현재 운영되고 있는 식생활 현장체험학습 프로그램은 주로 박물관, 농어촌체험공간 등에서 식문화 체험 및 실험실습 체험 중심으로 이루어지고 있다. 또한 현장체험학습 장소 및 프로그램에 대한 정보가 부실하고 다양하지 못하므로 보다 구체적이고 체계적인 대책 마련이 요구된다.

영문 초록

This study was intended to understand the actual overall condition of dietary life field experience learning programs linked elementary school curriculum. In this study, the contents, elements, and types of dietary life field experience learning in elementary school curriculum and textbooks were analyzed, and based on this, the types of dietary life field experience learning being currently operated and the current status of the programs were also analyzed. Findings of this study are as follows: First, the results are that the combined curriculum for first and second graders mainly dealt with the experience of food culture and the investigation and experience of food ingredients, the curriculum for third graders dealt with experiment practice and food safety experience in the subjects of science and physical education, and the curriculum for fourth graders expanded into dietary life environment experience. The curriculum for fifth graders most dealt with experiment practice, and the curriculum for sixth graders equally dealt with the contents and elements of field experience learning other than the investigation and experience of food ingredients. Second, dietary life field experience learning programs being currently operated are mostly executed centered on food culture experience and experiment practice in museums, and farm and fishery experience villages. In addition, information about the places and programs of field experience learning are not sufficient and diversified, and therefore, more detailed and systematic measures are required to be established.
