신문 소재 개화가사의 국어학적 고찰

국문 초록

개화기는근대국어와현대국어의분기점에 해당하면서도동시에 근대와현대국어의 특징을 보인다. 본고에서는 개화기에 발간된 신문 소재 개화가사를 대상으로 하여 음운과 문법 현상을 다루었다. 개화가사는 4.4조의 율격, 다양한 작자층에 의한 창작이라는 특징과 함께 신문이라는 정제된 지면에 실려 있으면서도 개화기라는 시대성을 반영하며 문어와 구어 등의 광범위한 언어 양상을 담고 있다. 먼저 개화기 음운 현상으로는 평파열음화, 구개음화, 두음법칙, 원순모음화, 모음조화, 유기음화, ‘ㅎ’ 탈락과 ‘ㅎ, ㄴ’의 첨가 등이 나타난다. 평파열음화 현상은 이전 시기와 같이 나타나며, 구개음화의 경우에는 4음절 내에서 비구개음화와 구개음화형이 혼재된다는점이 특징적이다. 또한 두음법칙은 대체로 지키지 않았으면서도 과도한 적용형도 존재한다. 원순모음화는 형태소 내부에서 반영된 표기가 쓰인다. 모음조화는 이를 지킨 형태가주를 이루며, ‘ㅎ’ 탈락은 보편적이나 ‘ㅎ, ㄴ’의 첨가는 몇몇 단어에서 특정 환경에 관계없이 쓰인다. 유기음화의 경우에는 어간말 ‘ㆍ’나 ‘ㅏ’가 탈락된 후, 축약되어 나타나는 형태 가 주로 쓰이는데, 이는 음절수를 맞추기 위한 과정에서 나타나는 현상인 것이다. 다음으로 문법 현상으로는 주격 조사, 관형격 조사의 쓰임과 시제 표시 선어말 어미,‘ㅂ’ 불규칙, ‘야’ 불규칙 활용 등에 대해 고찰하였다. 주격 조사는 현대 국어의 ‘이/가’와 같이뚜렷하게구분되는반면관형격조사는부사격조사와혼재되어쓰이는양상이두드러진다. 이밖에 시제 표시 선어말 어미 ‘-었-/-았-’이 후행하는 어미에 따라 ‘-엇-/-앗-’으로 쓰이기도 한다. ‘ㅂ’ 불규칙 활용이나 ‘야’ 불규칙 활용에서도 그 활용 양상이 일정하지 못하고 다양하게 혼재되어 나타난다. 이와 같은 개화기의 음운 현상과 문법 현상은 현대 국어에 근접한 시기이면서도 언중들의 언어 사용의 혼란한 양상을 반영하며, 현대 국어로 이행하는 특징을 보여준다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The time of enlightenment is a modern language and corresponds to the watershed in modern languages. So the Korean linguistics but a very important time. This study is reported in a newspaper the phonemes to study the enlightenment lyrics of dealing with phenomena phenomenon and grammar. enlightenment lyrics reflect the characteristics of the times and have a wide range of languages in phenomena such as written language and spoken language. Phonological phenomenon of an Enlightenment flat plosiveness, palatalization, the laws the initial sound of a word, a rounded vowel, vowel harmony, chang an aspirate, and 'ㅎ'additions 'ㅎ, ㄴ' eliminated, etc. flat plosiveness was difficult to distinguish between the 'ㅅ' and 'ㄷ' feet marked the expansion of syllable Writing. In addition, the exceptional notation instead of going through the double writing flat plosiveness is found. The law also the initial sound of a word usually ignored and, round vowels and consistently reflected within the morpheme have presented. Vowel harmony may sometimes be kept, 'ㅎ' is eliminated, but the addition of a universal 'ㅎ, ㄴ' is used in a few words. And ‘ㅋ, ㅍ’ does not appear upset aspirated consonant. Grammatical phenomena dealt with the use of the nominative and genitive case marker case marker tense prefinal ending, 'ㅂ'and irregular '야' irregular utilization patterns. Nominative case marker is divided distinctly modern languages of the '이/가'. On the other hand possessive case marker is used mixed with Locative case marker . The only tense ending '-었/았-' appears as '-앗/엇-' in accordance with the following endings. ‘ㅂ’ an irregular conjugation and ‘야’ practical use in an irregular conjugation aspect turned up in mixed variety and not constant. Phonology and grammar phenomena such phenomenon is close to Enlightenment Period time in modern languages. Language users shows that the confusion in the language used. This feature is significant in that it shows a characteristic that transition to modern Korean.
