영문 초록

The present study was undertaken to analyse the elasticity of major economic variables based on the estimation of the expenditure and consumption structure. At the same time, functions of consumption expenditure and structure were compared according to the informations obtained in other to understand the differences between urban and rural area. The results of this study could be summerized as follows. 1) Present consumption expenditure could be explained by income and the last consumption expenditure ; 2) Maginal Propensity to consume(MPC) in farm household was 0.942, that in salary and wage earn`s household of city was 0.72 ; 3) The component of ratio of food and beverages is increasing function of income and decreasing function of price index ; 4) Increase(decrease) in the consumption of ratio of food and beverages induces the decrease(increase) in that of the other items ; 5) In recent years, two households(urban and rural) are much resembling in consumption structure.
