영문 초록

This thesis attempted to propose a question on the job satisfaction of cooking employees of hotel kitchen. The scales used in the survey were nominal scale and Likert scale. The collected data was analyzed using the SPSS 12.0 a statistic program. The study also executed ANOVA and t-test. The job satisfaction of the hotel cooking employees is high when they have high level of individual interests in the hotel such as promtion, salary, and trust in their superiors. The hotel should always have the ears open for the suggestions, dissatisfaction, working condition of the employees. When the promotion is high, the job satisfaction is high. The hotel policy is important but should also satisfy the employees in every factor while feeling secured at work so the at the hotel can maximize the profit and employees can obtain job stability and job satisfaction
