영문 초록

This study intends to examine impact of hotel employees' job insecurity by restructuring after IMF on the management trust and organizational cynicism and tries to give strategic implications. There are main results in this research focusing on the survivors of deluxe hotel which carried out restructuring in Seoul given below; First, for job insecurity, as job importance, loss possibility of job characteristics, and loss possibility of job itself are higher, trust in management is lower. Second, for job insecurity, as job importance and loss possibility of job itself are higher, organizational cynicism is also higher. Third, as trust in management is higher, degree of organizational cynicism is lower. The result of this study will be helpful with the hotel industries which needs to establish marketing strategies.
