영문 초록

This study was designed to investigate Performance analysis on the knowledge, skill and competencies of immigrant workers in Restaurant. The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between the competency of job performance, trust, organizational commitment and business performance of the immigrant workers. 130 surveys were distributed and 128 were returned usable from immigrant workers in restaurants of the capital region. The instrument used in this study were three tools: the competency of job performance 10, trust 5, organizational commitment & business performance 5 total 40 question. The statistical techniques for data analysis used SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 5.0 programs. The result showed that First, immigrant worker's job knowledge affected positively on trust, but had negative impact on organizational commitment. Second, immigrant worker's job skill affected positively on organizational commitment, but had negative impact on trust. Third, immigrant worker's trust affected positively on organizational commitment strongly, and affected positively on operational performance and manufacturing performance. Fourth, immigrant worker's organizational commitment partially affected positively on business performance and manufacturing performance affected positively on operational performance.
