국문 초록

무역장벽이 낮아지고, 세계화가 가속화됨에 따라 국내 자동차 부품업체들은 중국의 중소기업부터 미국의 대기업까지 다양한 경쟁업체와 마주하게 되었다. 이러한 상황에서 자동차부품업체들은 생산성을 증대시키는 방안을 강구하고 있으며, 비용 절감의 일환으로 과거 등 한시되었던 물류비에 관심을 기울이고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 자동차 부품업체의 물류 프로세스 장애요인이 물류관련 자원의 규모에 미치는 영향력을 파악하여 자동차 부품업체의 효과적인 물류 체제의 개선을 통한 경쟁력을 확보하는데 기여하고자 한다. 국내 및 해외의 문헌연구를 통해서 물류 프로세스에 영향을 미치는 장애요인을 도출하고, 실증분석을 통해 장애요인들이 자동차 부품업체의 물류관련 자원규모에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 검증하였다. 자동차 부품기업과 관련업무 종사자를 대상으로 설문조사 및 인터뷰를 진행하여 자료를 수집하였다. 해당 자료는 회귀분석기법을 통해 분석하였으며, 현업중심의 개선과 시스템의 구축을 통한 개선에는 영향을 미치는 요인이 다름을 알 수 있었다. 이를 통해서, 기업의 물류체계 구축방향에 따라 우선적으로 개선해야 할 요인을 파악하여 해당 요인의 집중적인 개선을 통한 경쟁력의 확보를 위한 대안을 제시했다.

영문 초록

Purpose : The main purpose of this study is to improve automotive part companies' logistics systems, by pointing out the main obstacle factors which can influence the logistic process and investigating the relationship with the scale of automotive part companies. Research design, data, methodology : Research model and hypotheses have been developed based on literature review, and a questionnaire survey was conducted to 100 automotive part companies. The collected data were analysed with regression, examining the hypothesized relationships. Results : The research findings are summarized as follows. First, main influence factors are determined based on individual company logistics strategy. Second, different company strategies rely on execution marked subjective factors, whereas companies reply on system marked individual factors. In addition, working area clash has been put on high ranked in both type of companies. Conclusion : Automotive part companies in Korea are lack of resource for improving structure of the company. If company wants to improve own structure of logistics or facility, it should develop a overall strategy that the all departments of the company need to be involved.
