燕行錄의 체계적 정리 및 연구 방법에 대한 試論

국문 초록

2001년 林基中 編 『燕行錄全集』이 나온 이래 연행록에 대한 국내외의 관심이 고조되고, 아울러 다양한 방면에서 연행록의 연구 성과가 이어졌다. 한편 『燕行錄全集』은 큰 공을 세운 반면 여러 문제점들도 지적받았다. 본고는 연행록 자료의 추가 수집 및 체계적 정리 방법을 모색해 보고, 아울러 몇 가지 연구 방법에 대한 試論도 제시해 보았다. 前者와 관련해서는 연행록의 개념과 분류, 연행록 자료 추가 수집의 방법 및 전망, 燕行者 名單의 完整化 작업, 연행록의 解題 문제, 標點ㆍ校註(譯註) 및 연구에 우선해야 할 A급 연행록의 선별, 국가적 사업의 ‘한국고전총서(集部-別)’로의 編刊 작업이 이루어져야 하고 거기에 A급 연행록들이 포함되어야 함을 논하였다. 後者와 관련해서는 연행록의 시기별 연구, 연행록 작가의 직위 및 신분별 연구, 연행록의 체제ㆍ유형별 연구, 연행록 국문본과 한문본의 비교 연구, 연행록 비평에 관한 연구로 세분할 필요성이 있음을 논하였다. 아울러 문학 연구 외에 제도사, 사상사, 문화사, 교류사적 연구와 燕行路 등 문화컨텐츠 개발 분야 등을 언급하였다.

영문 초록

Since the Yeonhaengnok’s collection(燕行錄全集) that Lim, gi-jing(林基中) edits is published in 2001, interest of inside and outside of the country about Yeonhaengnok(燕行錄) is heightened, and research abut Yeonhaengnok(燕行錄) continues in various field. In the meantime, the Yeonhaengnok’s collection(燕行錄全集) rendered big merit, but several problems indicated. This paper seeks for addition collection of Yeonhaengnok(燕行錄) data and systematic arrangement method. Also this paper presents discussions about some method of study. First, following work should be achieved. Yeonhaengnok(燕行錄)’s concept and classification, the method and view of addition collection of Yeonhaengnok (燕行錄) data, the arrangement work of Yeonhaengja(燕行者) list, the problem of Yeonhaengnok(燕行錄)’s annotation, A grade Yeonhaengnok(燕行錄)’s sorting that must works punctuation and footnote, the publication of ‘Korea classics collection(集部-別)’ Secondarily, it should be studied by following field. Research about Yeonhaengnok(燕行錄)’s time-study, research about Yeonhaengnok(燕行錄) writer(position and status), research about Yeonhaengnok(燕行錄)’s type-study, research about comparison of Yeonhaengnok(燕行錄)’s Korean text and Chinese text, research about Yeonhaengnok(燕行錄)’s criticism. Finally, this paper refers various research field, for example the history of system, the history of ideas, the history of interchange, cultural history. Also this paper suggests culture contents development, such as Yeonhaengro(燕行路) etc.
