영문 초록

This research is based on the investigation on 2001, about after ISO 9001 acquisition of certification’s effect studied the small and medium enterprises which introduced quality management system. Pass by 7years, for now, on 2008; it is the research to compare and analysis about the state of the enterprises. As a result of the proved investigation, on this two times research has come out that every enterprise has advanced by ISO 9001 acquisition of certification and especially the research on 2008, shows that they are more productive than before. ISO 9001 quality management system construction appears which effects variously on the all enterprises management, therefore this is very important strategy for preparing the keen enterprises’ competition.
