영문 초록

The cooperation groups - association, the union and academic society – is able to establish and apply cooperation group standards against the symbolic ․ terminology ․ efficiency ․ process ․ method ․ technical back which in specific area of expertise in order to malleability security the inside the general public, protection of consumers and consult member's own convenience. It follows hereupon and currently, the group which operates a cooperation group standards certification system reaching to 90, the hereafter is to a tendency which will extend. But It breaks the dissatisfaction regarding the rule of thumb operation recently against a certification system. Also there is to certification system operation and the regulation which is suitable in international standards being insufficient, there is shaving which is confusedly. This lay a burden on the certification application enterprise against time and expense. So substantially it brings that enterprise cannot equip an international competitive power. However there is no the actual condition becomes known to a cooperation group standards certification system. So, it grasps the actual condition regarding cooperation group standards certification system from the research. And it develops international standards the operation guide which is the possibility of being sufficient from FTA back market open magnification tendency inside.
