영문 초록

Recent national economic crisis as a result of high oil cost, low efficiency and excessive overlapping investment in the fields of industries. Under these circumstances, competitiveness of an enterprise depends on resonable management of whole resources. In this study first an overall survey of e-CPC system and methodology are first introduced, then and efficient way of constructing e-CPC system is suggested through a case study of J company. J company has not reached the goal of e-CPC system as it planned and is still working the project. The main idea for the efficient construction form implementing of e-CPC system is that BPR should be accomplished and the company should have enough time to test the ERP package and the company should have a proper ERP team organization before the e-CPC system is introduced. It is suggested that introduction of e-CPC system would give more benefit to those company which would like to adopt the effective managing system. And, the practical implication of this study is to present the desirable guidelines for performing e-CPC system implementation project successfully.
