영문 초록

Recently, as the demand of products quality is intensified which are done by heat treatment so the management of its profile has become a significant point. Hardness after the heat treatment is the important factor to decide the quality of products. Therefore the measurement technology is needed with high precision. At present, the problems for the existing measuring tools are the disuse of test materials due to press traces, the difficulties in hardness measuring for the various materials and troubles in the portibility and transition. In this study, we will explore the development of hardness measurement system applying supersonic technology with preventing traces, having high precision and ease in portibility and transition.
