영문 초록

The Purpose of this study is to proposes the approach of Development method for Revenue Model of u-City by needs of customer and intensity of use. This study suggest the New Service area and Opportunity of Revenue Creation through Customer classification on the intensity of use. As a result of study. First, indicated that divide customer in u-City by the intensity of use. And then, This study identifies some of problem associated with the adoption of u-City service. Also addresses the success factors to be during u-City service development. It means to the New method of the approach of Development for Revenue Model with Focusing on user.
