영문 초록

It is out of question that the current biggest issues are the economic crisis and the aging society. One of the ways to take care of these issues together is to train the aged to have specialized skills and then help them find appropriate jobs in various industries,and consequently it could improve both issues very effectively. So the very effective and systematic program should be developed and executed properly. For better result, the training center should be run and managed by non-governmental organizations and Government's role is to support them based on well designed merit system. Additionally, very well organized social partnership among training centers, industries, and Government is needed to maximized the result. This study brings up the framework on how to build such a very effective system for aged people, which possibly help them support their family financially.
