예비 유아교사들의 실습불안과 갈등에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 예비 유아교사들이 실습에 대하여 갖는 불안과 갈등을 알아보고자 불안과 갈등의 수준, 불안과 갈등의 각 하위 요인들 간의 상관관계가 어떠한지를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 예비 유아교사들의 실습 불안은 교육실습평가, 교육활동 계획 및 운영, 영유아와의 상호작용, 유아교육기관 직원들과의 인간관계에 대한 순으로 나타났으며, 실습에 대한 갈등은 유아들과의 상호작용과 지도에서 오는 갈등, 자신과의 갈등, 기관과의 갈등, 실습지도교사와의 갈등, 실습운영시스템에 대한 갈등 순으로 나타났다. 실습불안과 갈등에 대한 각 하위항목들은 모든 항목들 간의 유의미한 정적 상관관계를 나타내었으며, 예비 유아교사들의 실습불안과 실습갈등간의 상관관계에서도 많은 항목들 간의 정적 상관관계를 나타내었다. 이러한 결과는 대학의 교사교육에서 예비교사들의 실습불안과 갈등의 요인을 줄여줄 수 있는 방안강구와 안정적이고 효율적인 실습을 수행하기 위해 강조되어야 할 부분은 어떤 것인지, 교사훈련 프로그램 등을 통해 어떤 측면을 고려해 볼 수 있는지에 대한 기초자료로 제공될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

This study investigates pre-service teachers' anxiety and conflict in practical teaching. Subjects were 220 pre-service teachers at department of Early Childhood Education at 4 Colleges in Gyonggi Do. Data were analyzed by Means, Standard deviation, %, and , Pearson's correlation analysis using the SPSS 15.0 +computer program. To accomplish this purpose, the following questions should be researched : 1. What is the pre-service teachers' anxiety of practical teaching? 2. What is the pre-service teachers' conflict of practical teaching? 3. What is the correlation with the pre-service teachers' anxiety and conflict of practical teaching? The major results of this study are as followings: 1. pre-service teachers' anxiety were shown in activities and relationship aspects: the evaluation of practice teaching, the planing and operation of education and in inter relationship with young children and relationship to staff and colleagues 2. Conflict were come from as following orders, inter relationship problems with young children, and self-conflict, then in discordance to facility and staff and to the management system for practice. 3. Sub-indexes of Anxiety and conflict show close and significant positive corelation, and every sub-indexes would be probably regarded as main cause of anxiety and conflict of pre-service teachers. This research will be useful data base to build up new training manual format and how to release those anxiety and conflict, and to find out guide-line for stable and effective practical teaching.
