국문 초록

본 연구는 서울형 어린이집 공인기준․평가에 대한 인식을 조사하기 위한 연구로써, 연구방법은 다음과 같다. 연구대상은 서울특별시 보육시설에 근무하는 시설장 및 보육교사 218명이며, 연구도구 및 내용구성은 공인기준‧평가에 대한 질문지를 사용하여 일반적 배경, 일반적 인식, 평가기준지표에 관련된 적절성 및 영역, 주요운영체계, 사회과제 해결, 기타 자유기재란을 구성하여 조사하였다. 연구분석은 빈도분석, 교차분석, 기술통계, 각 문항별 빈도와 백분율을 산출하였으며, 독립변수 직급, 근무기관별, 정부평가인증통과 여부에 따라 차이를 밝히기 위해 x2-test을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 대체로 서울형 어린이집 공인기준‧평가 후 통과한 공인보육시설에 대해 질적 향상 및 지원을 기대하는 것으로 나타났으나, 공인기준의 체계성과 합리적인 기준 및 절차, 정부평가인증과의 중복성, 공인제도 주요 운영체계 등 기타 개선 점이 요구되었다. 마지막으로 제언 및 후속연구로, 공인제도에 대한 모든 유아교육기관 수혜실시와 종사자들에 대한 충분한 교육‧홍보 등이 요구되며, 중‧단기 확대 연구 및 학부모 대상 후속연구 등이 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the awareness of people concerned in Seoul about the Seoul-type daycare center accreditation system and standard. The subjects in this study were 218 people, on whom a survey was conducted. As for data analysis, a frequency analysis and x2-test were carried out, and the respondents were asked to give their opinions. Besides, they were interviewed, and all the additional data were analyzed as well. As a result, it's found that the respondents were satisfied with the accreditation system in general. They had great expectations for the Seoul-type daycare center accreditation system. They complained of it in part, and reform measures should be taken to remedy the situation. This study is expected to lay the solid foundation for the settlement of the Seoul-type daycare center accreditation system.
