보육실습 후의 예비보육교사의 자아개념과 놀이교수효능감의 변화

국문 초록

본 연구는 보육실습후의 예비보육교사들의 자아개념과 놀이교수효능감의 변화를 알아보고자 실시되었다. 경기지역 D전문대학의 보육교 재학중인 예비보육교사 124명을 대상으로 보육실습 전‧ 후 자아개념과 놀이교수효능감이 어떻게 변화하는지 그 차이를 비교하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 예비보육교사의 자아개념은 보육실습전 후 변화는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비보육교사의 놀이교수효능감은 보육실습후 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 보육교사 양성을 위한 프로그램 개발에 기초자료를 제공할 것이라고 사료된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the changes in the student-teachers' self-concept and teachers' efficacy beliefs on play. For this study , the tool used were an self-concept inventory and the scale of teachers' efficacy beliefs on play after pre-practical teaching and apprentice-practical teaching alike. The subjects of this study were 57 student teachers. The data was analyzed with the two matched pair T-test from the SPSS program. The results were as follows : First, the student-teachers'self-concept had no changed by day care settings. Second, teachers' efficacy beliefs on play decreased by day care settings.
