설치미술이 초등학생의 미술자아개념에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

  본 연구는 설치미술이 초등학생의 미술자아개념에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 알아보고 이를 통해 초등미술 활동내용의 다양화에 관한 제안 점을 찾고자 하는 목적으로, 초등학교 5학년 학생을 대상으로 설치미술프로그램을 적용한 실험집단과 적용하지 않은 통제집단으로 나누어 실험 하였으며 미술 자아개념척도를 이용하여 사전·사후 검사를 실시하였다. 설치미술 프로그램이 미술자아개념에 미치는 영향에 대한 두 집단간의 차이를 t-test로 검증한 결과, 남녀 성차 검증에서는 두 집단 모두 유의미한 차이가 발견되지 않았으나, 실험집단의 미술자아개념에 관한 하위항목별 차이검증에서 실험집단이 통재집단보다 평균이 상승한 것으로 나타났다. 이는 초등학생의 미술자아 개념 향상을 위해 초등학교 미술수업에서 설치미술프로그램 적용이 활성화 되어야 함을 의미한다.

영문 초록

  The purpose of this study is to find the effects that the introduced learning model of applied installation art activities in elementary school art, has on the elementary student"s development in art Self-Concept. For this study, 61 fifth graders in the elementary school were divided into two groups: control group and experimental group. There were then followed preliminary and post examination on experimental group by running installation art activities program.   For this study, questionnaire was distributed, collected and statistically analyzed. The results from the preliminary and post inspection on fifth graders in the elementary school were analyzed to find out the effect of installation art activities. The average value of self-concept in art for control group didn"t make a big difference but for experimental group increased.   When verifying installation art activities" effect on boy"s and girl"s group, both groups didn"t make any significant difference. This program didn"t make any difference in improving self-concept in art for both boy"s and girl"s group. Both the groups got more points of self-concept in art after experiencing installation art programs.   The above results showed that installation art activities had an affirmative effect on self-concept in ability art, emotional art, and social art for fifth graders in the elementary school and art activities played an important role in improving affirmative self-concept.
