국문 초록

『百聯抄解』는 對를 맞춘 詩句 99聯을 모아놓은 것으로, 조선조에 가장 많이 통용되었던 대표적인 한시 교재라고 할 수 있다. 이 책의 특징은 7언으로 된 聯句을 통해 平仄ㆍ對偶ㆍ押韻과 같은 근체시의 창작 방법을 익히도록 되어 있다는 점이다. 즉 初學 아동들이 여기에 실린 련구들을 익숙히 암송함으로써 작시 기법들을 익혀나가게 되는 것이다. 이런 점에서『백련초해』는 조선조 한시 교육의 실제와 作詩의 주요 기법들을 이해하는데, 요긴한 교재라고 생각된다. 본고는 河西 金麟厚(1510~1560) 언해로 알려진 '筆巖書院本'『백련초해』를 대상으로, 련구 학습을 통한 작시 교육의 실제와 平仄ㆍ對偶ㆍ押韻등의 학습 문제에 대해 고찰해 본 것이다. 이를 통해『백련초해』가 지니는 한시 교재로서의 우수성을 확인할 수 있었는데, 그것은 일견 복잡해 보이는 근체시 창작의 기법들이 련구라는 짧으면서도 전통적인 작시 방식을 통해 요령있게 학습되는 점이라고 할 수 있다.『백련초해』가 지니는 이러한 장점은 단순히 작시 기법을 익히는데 머무를 뿐 아니라, 오늘날 한시를 이해하고 교육하는데도 일정한 지침이 될 수 있으리라 생각한다.

영문 초록

『BakRyun ChoHae』is a collected book consisted of 99 poems with verses of mutual opposites, which was a typical text for making Chinese poems best used in Joson period. Reading through this book one could learn how to write the modern style of poems called GeonChae form of the different tones, opposite rhymes, and the general rhymes through seven characters in each poem. Especially by this book the elementary students could easily recite the way of making poems. From this point『BakRyun ChoHae』must be evidently considered as a practically educational text to understand the style how Chinese poems were learned in the Joson period. In this article I will study through the text how the Chinese poems were learned and what the educational meaning of the text was at that time.『BakRyun ChoHae』, which was annotated and edited in a form of Pilamsewon version by Haseo Kim Inhoo(1510~1560), is surely an outstanding book, because the educational way to learn the poems is very easy and simple through the short form of verses written since Song dynasty in China. I also confirmed that the real merit of this book is still available for us to learn the Chinese poems in the present time.
