텍스트 마이닝을 활용한 AI 기반 중국어 교육 연구 동향 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 2000년부터 2024년까지 발표된 AI 기반 중국어 교육 관련 연구 41편을 대상으로 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 활용하여 연구 동향을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, AI 기반 중국어 교육 연구는 이론적 탐색기(2016-2020), 현장 적용 시도기(2021-2023), 생성형 AI 중심의 급증기(2024)의 세 단계로 발전해 왔다. 단어 빈도 분석과 네트워크 분석을 통해 '인공지능', '챗봇', '중국어교육'이 주요 연구 키워드로 도출되었으며, 특히 ChatGPT와 같은 생성형 AI를 활용한 학습자 맞춤형 교육이 최근 연구의 핵심 주제로 부상하였다. 그러나 영어교육 연구와 비교할 때 연구의 양적 규모, 주제의 다양성, 실증적 검증 측면에서 한계점이 있었다. 향후 연구 영역의 다각화, 실증적 연구 강화, 교육적 맥락과 윤리적 측면을 고려한 연구 확대가 필요하다.

영문 초록

This study examines the evolution of artificial intelligence applications in Chinese language education through text mining analysis of 41 research papers published between 2000 and 2024. Our findings reveal three distinct developmental phases: a theoretical exploration period (2016-2020), initial field application attempts (2021-2023), and a recent period of accelerated growth centered on generative AI technologies (2024). Word frequency and network analyses identified "artificial intelligence," "chatbot," and "Chinese language education" as predominant research keywords, with significant emphasis on personalized learning approaches utilizing generative AI tools such as ChatGPT. However, when compared to research in English language education, this field demonstrates notable limitations in research volume, topic diversity, and empirical validation. Our analysis suggests that future research should prioritize diversification of research domains, enhancement of empirical methodologies, and expanded investigation of educational contexts and ethical considerations specific to AI implementation in Chinese language instruction.
