중국 예비유아교사 직업정체성 척도 개발 및 타당화

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 중국 예비유아교사 직업정체성의 구성요인을 탐색하여 예비유아교사의 직업정체성 수준을 측정할 수 있는 타당하고 신뢰할 수 있는 척도를 개발하는 것이다. 예비유아교사 직업정체성을 구성하는 요인들을 확인하기 위하여 문헌분석과 심층면담을 통해 13개의 하위내용과 62개의 예비문항을 추출하였다. 델파이 조사를 통해 전문가의 문항 내용 적절성을 검증하였고 탐색적 요인분석과 신뢰도 분석을 통해 최종 5개의 구성요인과 33개의 문항을 확정하였다. 예비유아교사 직업정체성 척도 최종 문항을 활용한 본 검사를 통해 문항양호도, 타당도, 신뢰도를 검증하였다. 문항양호도 분석결과, 모든 문항이 정규성 가정을 충족하였으며 문항변별도 양호하게 나타났다. 타당도를 검증하기 위해 확인적 요인분석(CFA)을 하였으며, 예비유아교사 직업정체성 척도의 모형적합도(RMSEA .059)가 적합함을 검증하였다. 또한, 각 구성요인의 집중타당도의 표준화 계수(.636 이상)와 평균분산추출(AVE) 값의 적합성을 확인하였으며 판별타당도 구성 요인 간의 공분산 상관관계를 통해 검증하였다. 구성요인의 상관이 높게 나타나 구성요인 간의 다중공선성을 검증하여 독립적임을 확인하였다. 예비유아교사 직업정체성 척도의 신뢰도 검증을 위해 Cronbach's α를 산출하였으며, 요인별 신뢰도는 .867 이상이며, 전체 문항의 신뢰도는 .964로 매우 높은 수준임을 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 예비유아교사 직업정체성 척도는 중국 다양한 양성 과정의 예비유아교사 직업정체성 수준을 측정할 수 있는 타당하고 신뢰할 만한 척도임이 입증되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the components of preservice early childhood teachers' professional identity in China and to develop a valid and reliable scale to measure the level of preservice early childhood teachers' professional identity. To identify the factors that constitute preservice early childhood teachers' professional identity, 13 subscales and 62 preliminary items were extracted through literature analysis and in-depth interviews. A Delphi survey was conducted to verify the appropriateness of the items by experts, and exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis were conducted to determine the final five components and 33 items. The final item of the preservice early childhood teacher professional identity Scale was used to test the item favorability, validity, and reliability. The results of the item validity analysis showed that all items met the assumption of normality and showed good item discrimination. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was conducted to verify validity, and the model fit of the scale (RMSEA .059) was found to be adequate. In addition, the standardization coefficient (.636 or higher) and average variance extracted (AVE) values of each construct's convergent validity were checked and verified through the covariance correlation between the discriminant validity components. Due to the high correlation of the constructs, multicollinearity among the constructs was tested to confirm their independence. The factor reliability of the scale is more than .867, and the total item reliability is .964, which is very high. The preservice early childhood teachers' professional identity scale developed in this study proved to be a valid and reliable scale to measure the level of preservice early childhood teachers' professional identity in various training programs in China.
