예비교사의 AI 활용 진로지도 역량 척도 개발 및 타당화

국문 초록

4차 산업혁명의 큰 흐름 속에서 인공지능은 직업과 교육 분야에서 중요하게 활용되고 있다. 특히 학교 현장에서 교사들이 인공지능을 활용하여 더 효과적으로 학생들의 진로지도를 할수 있으며, 급변하는 직업 세계에도 대비할 수 있다. 이를 위하여 교육 분야에서의 진로교육과 인공지능 기술의 융합에 대한 연구를 촉진하고, 교사뿐만 아니라 교육의 주체가 될 예비교사들의 AI 활용 역량 강화를 지원하고자 예비교사의 AI 활용 진로지도 역량 척도를 개발하고타당화하기 위한 연구를 수행하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해, 선행연구와 문헌 고찰 등을 통해 AI 활용 진로지도 역량을 측정할 수 있는 초기 문항 60개를 생성하였고, 델파이조사와 전문가 인터뷰 등을 통해 예비문항 24개를 선정하였다. 전국의 사범대학에 재학 중인예비교사를 대상으로 예비조사를 실시하였다. 총 203명의 응답 자료를 대상으로 탐색적 요인분석을 수행하여 지식(8문항), 기술(7문항), 태도(5문항)의 3요인(총 20문항)으로 이루어진 AI 활용 진로지도 역량 척도를 개발하였다. 본 조사에서 총 414명의 응답 자료를 대상으로 확인적 요인분석을 하였으며, 척도 모형이 적합한 것으로 확인되었고, 수렴타당도와 판별타당도도양호한 것으로 나타났다. 공인타당도를 위해 기존 척도와의 상관관계를 살펴보았고, 통계적으로 유의한 상관이 나타나 척도의 타당도와 신뢰도가 만족할만한 수준임을 밝혔다. 마지막으로연구의 의의와 한계를 논하였다.

영문 초록

In the major trend of the 4th Industrial Revolution, artificial intelligence (AI) has become important in the fields of jobs and education. In particular, teachers in schools can use AI to provide career guidance to students more effectively and prepare for the rapidly changing work of vocation. To this end, we promoted research on the convergence of career education and AI technology in the field of education. Furthermore, we developed and validated a career guidance competency scale using AI for pre-service teachers to support the strengthening of the AI utilization capabilities of not only teachers but also pre-service teachers who will be the subjects of education. We developed and validated an “AI-based career guidance competency scale” for pre-service teachers. To achieve the research purpose, 60 initial questions that could measure career guidance capabilities using AI were created based on previous research and literature review, and 24 preliminary questions were selected through a Delphi survey and expert interviews. A preliminary survey was conducted targeting pre-service teachers attending teachers’ colleges across the country. Exploratory factor analysis of the response data of a total of 203 people was utilized to develop an AI-based career guidance competency scale consisting of three factors (total 20 questions): knowledge (8 questions), skills (7 questions), and attitude (5 questions). We conducted confirmatory factor analysis on the response data of a total of 414 people; the scale model was confirmed to be appropriate, and convergent and discriminant validity were also found to be good. For official validity, we examined the correlation with the existing scale, and a statistically significant correlation was observed, which indicated that the validity and reliability of the scale were satisfactory. Finally, the significance and limitations of the study were discussed.
