예비유아교사의 가정에서의 소비윤리 교육경험과 교직관이 윤리적 소비행동에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 예비유아교사를 대상으로 가정에서의 소비윤리 교육경험과 교직관이 윤리적 소비행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 그리고 교직관과 윤리적 소배행동의 전반적인 경향도 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 부산, 경남지역 유아교육과 학생 392명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, SPSS를 이용하여 빈도, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차 등 기초분석과 Cronbach α 신뢰도 계수, t-검증, 일원분산분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 예비유아교사의 교직관 수준은 공직관, 전문직관, 노동직관, 성직관 순으로 나타났고 교직관의 모든영역에서 중간점을 상회하였다. 단계별 윤리적 소비행동은 기초단계, 성장단계, 성숙단계 순으로 소비윤리행동 단계가 높아질수록 윤리적 소비행동 수준은 낮아졌다. 윤리적 소비행동에 대한 변수들의 영향력은 가정에서의 윤리적 소비교육 경험이 있는 경우, 전문직관과 성직관이 높을수록 윤리적 소비행동을 많이 하고 있었다. 이 연구결과는 예비유아교사들의 윤리적 소비행동의 향상과 관련하여 교원양성교육과정에서 교직관 교육의 필요성을 확인하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The objective of this study was to investigate whether ethical consumption educational experience and perspective affects ethical consumption behavior in pre-service early childhood teachers. The subjects of this study were 392 students in early childhood education programs in the Busan and Gyeongnam regions. The collected data treated with SPSS Win. 25.0 and analyzed for frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation through Cronbach α, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and multivariate regression analysis. The results were as follows. The educational perspective scores were all above median values. The official educational perspective score was the highest, followed by the professional, and Holy Order educational perspectives. As the level of ethical consumption behavior increased, the measured score for ethical consumption behavior decreased. The average score of ethical consumption behavior decreased as the level of ethical consumption increased in the order of basic, growth, and maturity levels. The results of multivariate regression analysis showed significant positive effects regarding educational experience in ethical consumption in family, and higher professional educational perspective on ethical consumption behavior. The Holy Order educational perspective also had a positive effect, except for on the basic level of ethical consumption behavior. This study demonstrated the effectiveness of educational perspective training on shaping the teacher education curriculum to improve ethical consumption behavior in pre-service early childhood teachers.
