유아교사의 행복감에 영향을 미치는 변인간 구조분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 유아교사의 행복감에 영향을 미치는 변인들 간의 관계를 살펴보고자 함이다. 이를 위해 G시와 K도에 소재한 유아교육기관 100곳에 근무 중인 유아교사 834명을 최종 연구대상으로 선정하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 일터영성, 회복탄력성, 직무만족도, 행복감 변수들 간 유의한 정적상관이 확인되었다. 둘째, 일터영성, 회복탄력성, 직무만족도, 행복감 변수들 간 구조모형은 통계적으로 양호하였다. 셋째, 유아교사의 일터영성이 높을수록 직무만족도와 행복감이 높았으며, 회복탄력성이 높을수록 직무만족도와 행복감이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 유아교사의 직무만족도가 높을수록 행복감도 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 유아교사들의 행복감에 영향을 미치는 변인들인 회복탄력성과 일터영성을 증진시킬 수 있는 유아교사교육 내용과 방법 지원의 필요성을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among variables affecting the happiness of early childhood teachers. The research subjects were 834 teachers working in 100 early childhood education institutions in G city and K-province. The results of this study are as follows: First, there is a significant positive correlation among workplace spirituality, resilience, job satisfaction, and happiness variables. Second, the structural model of worker spirituality, resilience, job satisfaction, and happiness variables was statistically good. Third, higher workplace spirituality of early childhood teachers showed higher job satisfaction and happiness, and higher resilience showed higher job satisfaction and happiness. Also, higher job satisfaction of early childhood teachers showed that they had higher happiness. This study suggests the need for contents and methods of early childhood teacher education that can improve workplace spirituality and resilience, which affect the happiness of early childhood teachers.
