국문 초록

본 연구는 유아교사의 자기효능감, 행복감, 그리고 직업정체성 간 관계를 살펴봄으로써 유아교사가 전문가로서 바람직한 직업정체성을 형성할 수 있도록 돕기 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 본 연구대상은 강원도 지역 유아교육기관에 근무 중인 유아교사 318명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구도구는 유아교사의 자기효능감, 행복감, 직업정체성 척도를 활용하였다. 자료분석은 유아교사의 자기효능감, 행복감, 직업정체성 간 상관을 알아보기 위하여 Pearson의 적률상관계수를 산출하였고, 유아교사의 직업정체성에 대한 자기효능감과 행복감의 상대적 설명력을 알아보기 위하여 단계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 유아교사의 직업정체성은 자기효능감 및 행복감과 유의미한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 유아교사의 내적행복과 외적행복, 그리고 자기조절효능감이 직업정체성에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 예측변인으로 나타났으며 특히 내적행복은 유아교사의 직업정체성에 대해 상대적으로 영향력이 큰 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among self-efficacy, happiness, and job identity of early childhood teachers. The subjects were 318 early childhood teachers in Gangwon-do. Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted to examine the research questions. The findings of this study were as follows. First, early childhood teachers job identities had significant a positive correlation with self-efficacy and happiness. Second, as a result of examining how early childhood teachers self-efficacy and happiness explained job identity, internal happiness of early childhood teachers explained 43% and the explanation increased by 9% to 52% with the addition of self-control efficacy. With the addition of external happiness, the explanation increased by 3% for a 55% overall explanation. Internal happiness, external happiness, and self-control efficacy of early childhood teachers were the predictive variables with a positive impact on job identity. This means that internal happiness had a major impact on early childhood teachers self-motivated behaviors.
